The rules of the road for ordering from Steamline.
Orders and measurements
When you place an order you confirm that the measurements you submitted are your own and were taken following our measuring guide, including the recommended clearances. We build to those numbers exactly.
We may contact you to verify unusual dimensions before cutting. If we can't reach you within 5 business days, we build to the submitted measurements.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include the configuration shown at checkout. Shipping is a flat $49. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Payment is captured at the time of order because production begins immediately. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Warranty
We warrant the structure, joinery and finish against defects for one year from delivery. Normal wear, damage from moisture pooling on the top surface, and modifications made after delivery are not covered.
The Perfect-Fit Guarantee is described in full on our returns page and applies in addition to this warranty.
Use and liability
Radiator covers reduce contact with hot surfaces but do not make a radiator cool. Keep flammable materials off and away from the cover, do not use it as a step, and observe the stated weight limits (100 lb standard top, 250 lb reinforced bench top).
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
