What we collect

Order information: name, email, phone, shipping address, your radiator measurements and configuration choices. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Marketing information: email addresses submitted for the measuring guide PDF or the trade program, and the answers on those forms.

Usage information: pages viewed, configurator steps completed, and which ad or search brought you here, through Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags.

How we use it

To build and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to send the guide you asked for, and to measure which marketing is worth paying for. We do not sell personal information.

Emails about your order are transactional and always sent. Marketing emails are opt-in and every one has an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and ad measurement. Decline them in the banner and analytics tags stay off; the site keeps working exactly the same.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we don't do it, but you can tell us anyway). We respond within 30 days.

Order records are retained for seven years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing data is deleted on request.
