Rates and coverage

Shipping is a flat $49 per order to any address in the 48 contiguous states, no matter how many covers are on the order or how large they are.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or outside the United States. If you need freight to a jobsite or a building loading dock with restricted hours, call us before ordering and we'll arrange it.

Lead times

Every cover is made to your measurements, so nothing ships from stock. Build time is 2–3 weeks from the day you order. A custom Benjamin Moore color adds roughly 3 business days for spray and cure.

You'll receive tracking by email when the carton leaves our shop. Transit is typically 2–5 business days.

Packaging and delivery

Covers ship flat in double-wall cartons with corner protection, sized to fit through a standard pre-war doorway and up a walk-up stairwell. Larger orders may arrive in more than one carton, labeled by unit or room if you asked us to.

Standard delivery is to your door, not inside the apartment. If your building requires a certificate of insurance or a scheduled service elevator, tell us at checkout in the order notes and we'll coordinate.

Damaged in transit

Inspect the carton on arrival. If a panel is cracked, chipped or scuffed, photograph it within 5 days of delivery and email us. We replace damaged parts at no cost and we do not ask you to ship anything back.
