The Perfect-Fit Guarantee

If we build your cover to the measurements you submitted and it does not fit your radiator, we remake it free within 30 days of delivery. One remake per order.

To start a remake, email us photos showing the cover in place and a tape measure across the radiator at the point of interference. We review within one business day, then build and ship the replacement at no cost, including shipping. You keep or recycle the original — we do not ask for it back.

The guarantee covers our error and honest fit failures on covers built to your submitted numbers. It does not cover a change of mind about style, finish or color.

If the measurements were wrong

It happens, usually a forgotten valve. We still help: we rebuild at materials cost with no markup and no second shipping charge. Call us before ordering a replacement so we can check the new numbers first.

Returns on made-to-measure items

Because each cover is cut to dimensions that fit only your radiator, made-to-measure items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit outside the Perfect-Fit Guarantee.

Orders can be canceled or edited free of charge until we cut, which is typically 48 hours after you order. After cutting begins, cancellation is not possible.

Damaged or defective

Anything that arrives damaged, warped, or with a defective grille or hardware is replaced at no cost. Photograph it within 5 days of delivery and email us. This is separate from the Perfect-Fit Guarantee and does not use up your remake.
